Antipatterns are solutions aiming to solve a problem or improve things but actually, end up as ineffective or even result in undesired consequences.


The ‘where is my report’ mentality: The manager expects to receive reports regularly instead of participating in ceremonies, like the stand-ups or the sprint reviews. A quick look at the Agile Manifesto should help the manager though: ‘Individuals and interactions over processes and tools’ is a core principle of all agile practices.
