Every item on a Kanban Board is called a Kanban Card. Each card gives a brief idea on the particular task, responsibility and the estimated time of completion. Having a visual on the process allows tracking the work better. The Team is involved only on the item that is currently in progress and will move to the next item only when the former one is completed. It gives a unique opportunity to foresee challenges and faster capture roadblocks as well as understanding the dependencies of item more clearly.
